These melted snowmen were a lot of fun to make! I found the recipe through
Pinterest and followed it to the creator at
Truly Custom Cakery.
They are really easy, especially after I made a few busy mom adjustments! I got the pre-made sugar cookie dough in the fridge department at the grocery. I also bought the icing and melted it in the micro wave for a few minutes to be able to pour it onto the cookies to get that melted look. Finish them off with some marshmallows and colored gel pen icing, and there you have it!
Really just have fun with it! I was trying to come up with different ideas for each snowman with the kids; by the end we were adding mustaches which I think look hilarious! The kids really enjoyed making them and enjoyed eating them even more!! So if you decide to give them a try I would love to see some pictures of what you come up with!
